Blended – Intermediate Workplace First Aid

The Blended Intermediate First Aid course provides comprehensive training covered in all aspects of first aid and CPR.

Course Duration: 1 Day, 8hr.

The Blended Intermediate Workplace First Aid (Formerly Standard First Aid) course provides comprehensive training covered in all aspects of first aid and CPR. This course is for those who want an in-depth understanding of first aid such as: medical/ legal aspects, spinal injuries, heat or cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, abdominal and chest injuries, burns, and medical emergencies.
Successful candidates receive both Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification.

Students will complete the online component to the course in our online training center then will complete the 4-6 hour in class skills session. Participants must register in the skills session prior to completing the online component. Once the student has registered, the access code will be emailed to the registrant within 24 hours of registration.

This course takes place at our training facility in Edmonton, Alberta, which is easily accessible for those traveling from Red Deer, Calgary and surrounding areas in Alberta.

Further Training to Consider After the Successful Completion of this Course: Oxygen Administration/ Airway Management, Health Care Provider C.P.R., & Automated External Defibrillator.
